AGLASSTEC Glass Storage & Loading System is brand new intelligent and fully automatic
equipment for glass storage- loading -transferring to cutting machine.
It combines functions of glass storage rack system and glass loading machine. It transfers float glass sheet to cutting machine through software control. It has below advantages:
1. Intelligent storage data management can control and manage float glass effectively and prevent damage from sources;
2. Combination of storage and transferring and loading can optimize the factory's space usage;
3. Seamless matching and feeding glass to cutting line with highest and continuous production capacity.
This Glass Storage & Loading System includes:
1 set FGC-AL4228 loading table(single side one station);
8 sets 4228 L glass rack with guide rail ;
All the above equipment will connect with 1 set jumbo size cutting machine (for max. 4200 x 2800mm glass), the glass rack can automatically move out to supply glass to single side of the loading table then loading table will send glass onto cutting machine. After getting the instruction from the control touch screen, the loading table will load glasses from the certain rack. The whole system is quite safe and reliable.
When it has to load glass package inside the rack, the loading table should stop working and it need to press button on the touch screen to move out the empty glass rack, then using the over-head crane from factory to lift glass package and put into the glass rack from side then move the whole rack with glass back to the original position. Every rack has its no. like No 1 - No 8, for example, when it needs glass from No. 2 rack, operator will press button on the touch screen for No. 2 rack then No. 2 rack will move out and loading table move close to the rack and start to load glass from the rack, for how many glass quantity for loading, which can set on the touch screen.
