Product Description

1. Structure Features
   1. The machine is composed of loading and unloading section, roll brush washing section, air knife drying section, blower, control cabinet, etc.
   2. The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen
   3. The whole machine conveying rollers are high quality full vulcanized nitrile rubber rollers with SS304 shaft ends.
   4. The machine has 3 pairs of roll brushes (Diameter 160mm, bristle 0.25mm) with SS304 shaft ends
   5. The machine frame is assembled structure of aluminum profile and carbon steel welding feet
   6.  All panels touching water and side covers are SS304 material
   7. SS304 panels thickness used on the machine are 2.2mm and 1.5mm thick.
   8. Upper section of washing and drying section can be electric lift up to 350mm, for convenient clean and maintenance of rubber rollers, brushed and air knives.
   9. All stainless-steel water pipes, connection between water pumps and water hoses use quick connect and dismantle structure, for convenient clean and maintenance.
   10. Machine lifting system use gear box and precision screws to ensure less vibration of machine upper frame, stable machine running, high stability of glass conveying.
   11. Upper pressing rubber rollers are transmitted by displacement gears. Bottom rubber rollers are transmitted by spiral gears.
   12. All screws touching water are stainless steel one.
