EVA glass lamination machine is a professional machine able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this line and specific film. You can insert silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fabrics, PDLC film SGP film into normal and tempered glass sheets by using the EVA film, in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass, bending glass in one step or muti-step processing.

	Patent technology,Vacuum provides stability The vacuum pump consists of four parts, vacuum pump, buffer tank, air filter and oil-water separator. Buffer tank function even suddenly power off, it can not effect the vacuum.
	Adopt electrical stainless steel heating tube and two sets fan, which save 50% power consumption. Total 36 pieces 1.2kw/heating tube placed in horizontal direction with fans to make temperature difference +-2ºC in the oven. 50mm heat insulation materials to save energy for your cycle working. Stronger steel plate cover prevents the temperature from dispersing effectively .
	Double doors can be controlled pneumatically by touch screen. Single and double working section can be optional.
	High quality of vacuum bed, can hold big, heavy glass High temperature vacuum bag, durable. Good performance of sealing.
